Do-it-Yourself Face-Lift

Somewhere in my Internet travels a couple of weeks ago, I came across this 2012 article from Bottom Line Health that stopped me in my tracks. When I read it, I thought, "Ahhh, now I get it." Chinese acupressure, much like reflexology, works with the body's natural and energetic connections to evoke change and/or healing.I love that this is a do-it-yourself option, since it bypasses constraints of time-coordination and financial resources. Even so, I can well imagine how relaxing it would be to incorporate this practice into a facial and massage session. I'm pretty sure it would be divine.(If you choose to try the techniques outlined in the article, please let me know how it went for you.)

Brain Games

Like our body, our mind requires exercise in order to keep it limber. Brain games are a fun way to get that exercise in - and they're onlines game I can happily recommend due to their important benefits.Although these brain games are offered via AARP's website, you don't have to be approaching 50 (like me), or over 50 to get a jump on your brain's health and longevity. Have fun!

Soothe Your Spirit

It's amazing what a Google search can turn up. Case and point: This beautiful one-hour music video from YouTube.

You needn't watch the video itself. Instead, I'd recommend putting your earphones on, pressing play, and closing your eyes. Don't be surprised if you find yourself smiling. I did. :-)
