Business Policy: Terms of Service
Payment Terms
For all readings and sessions, the full fee is due at the time your request is made, prior to the reading or session.
Payment must be received by Channeled Guidance with Ellen M. Gregg before the commencement of your reading. Due to the difficulty with debt collection, all payments for reading/session requests must be tendered in advance.
Payment Method
For all sessions and readings, Channeled Guidance with Ellen M. Gregg accepts Stripe. All payment transfers are done through the third-party platform Stripe, so please be familiar with the Privacy Policy and terms of use for this third-party platform.
Channeled Guidance with Ellen M. Gregg is not liable for any mishandling by these third party platforms. For in-person sessions, cash and credit cards are accepted. Credit cards are processed through Stripe.
Channeled Guidance with Ellen M. Gregg does not accept checks or money orders.
If your credit card is declined or payment is not properly transferred due to deficiencies on your end, then Channeled Guidance with Ellen M. Gregg will be entitled to the balance owed plus a 25% interest as additional charge for the deficiency.
Refund Policy
Intuitive sessions, as well as any other special or seasonal sessions and readings by Channeled Guidance with, Ellen M. Gregg constitute professional services and due to the nature of the services and labor involved, all sessions are non-refundable.
However, if Channeled Guidance with Ellen M. Gregg cancels a session prior to its commencement and you choose not to reschedule, then of course, your fee will be refunded to you in full.
If you cancel your session at least 24 hours before its scheduled time, you may reschedule for the next available best time for you.
If you fail to cancel at least 24 hours before and you fail to keep the appointment, your fee is forfeited.
Channeled Guidance with Ellen M. Gregg exercises great reasonable care and diligence in performing each and every session. If you are dissatisfied with your session, please contact Channeled Guidance with Ellen M. Gregg to see if an agreeable settlement may be worked out.
Statement of Ethics
A statement of ethics is provided below, which covers the ethical policy of Channeled Guidance with Ellen M. Gregg, hereby integrated and incorporated into this Terms of Service.

The services and courses provided by Channeled Guidance with Ellen M. Gregg strive to help you work on your present and future goals, stretch your abilities and self-belief, and create the life path you desire.
Your session and/or course with Channeled Guidance with Ellen M. Gregg in no way replaces professional counseling from a licensed counselor or therapist and cannot be relied upon in lieu of sound legal, medical, or financial advice from licensed or qualified professionals.

Instead, Channeled Guidance with Ellen M. Gregg suggests creative perspectives for understanding your current problems or helping you come up with actions you can take to empower yourself in a way that will maximize your personal and professional potentials.

Scope of Ministry Services
The services provided are part of the ministry of Channeled Guidance with Ellen M. Gregg, who is a minister ordained by Universal Life Church Monastery duly organized under the laws of the state of Washington.
Disclosure of Limitations
No intuitive session or reading is to be used in place of professional counseling.
Your intuitive session or reading cannot offer legal, medical, business, or financial advice nor does any portion of your session or reading from Channeled Guidance with Ellen M. Gregg purport to do so.
You should not rely on any intuitive session or reading to make any decision that would affect your legal, financial, or medical condition.
If your inquiry involves the law, finance, or medicine, then you should seek the advice of a licensed or qualified legal, financial, or medical professional.
Also, intuitive sessions and readings cannot replace qualified mental health care. Intuitive sessions and readings can only facilitate how you cope spiritually with a given situation.
Phone Session Recordings
Channeled Guidance with Ellen M. Gregg provides phone sessions through third-party platforms or hosts, such as DialPad Meetings.
These phone sessions are recorded for the sole purpose of providing you with a copy of the audio recording for no additional charge. The recordings are made available for download within 30 days of a session, and then are deleted from the files of Channeled Guidance with Ellen M. Gregg.
Before booking a phone session, please go over any questions or concerns you may have with Channeled Guidance with Ellen M. Gregg. By commencing a phone session, you are consenting to the terms herein.
Also, use of the third-party platform triggers that third party’s Privacy Policy as well, and you are expected to be familiar with its Privacy Policy and consent thereto. Please be advised that you are not permitted to record sessions without express, written permission from Channeled Guidance with Ellen M. Gregg.
Community, Workshops and Courses in The Spiral and Soul School
Channeled Guidance with Ellen M. Gregg provides community (The Spiral Gatherings) and workshops and courses (The Spiral Campus) through Zoom and this website.
The community is offered for the sole purpose of providing you with the means to communicate and evolve with like-minded and like-hearted people. The workshops and courses are offered for the sole purpose of providing you with a means to evolve within your intuition and spirituality.
Use of this website and Zoom’s platform triggers those platforms privacy policies (Zoom’s Privacy Policy), and you are expected to be familiar with those Privacy Policies and consent thereto.
Confidentiality of Intuitive Sessions
Channeled Guidance with Ellen M. Gregg exercises reasonable diligence in maintaining the confidentiality of your intuitive sessions and readings and will not voluntarily, knowingly, intentionally, or willfully disclose your identity or the contents of your session to third parties.
However, if Channeled Guidance with Ellen M. Gregg genuinely believes disclosure is required to: (1) prevent imminent harm or risk of harm to yourself or to another, (2) meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or (3) protect or defend Channeled Guidance with Ellen M. Gregg against claims or threats of claims, then Channeled Guidance with Ellen M. Gregg reserves the right to do so to the extent reasonably necessary.
Please keep in mind that no legally recognized privilege exists between an intuitive professional and client the way a privilege might exist between an attorney and client, doctor and patient, husband and wife, or priest and penitent.

Pursuant to applicable laws of certain jurisdictions, a person can be guilty of fortune telling when, for a fee or compensation, that person claims or pretends to tell fortunes, or holds him or herself out as being able, by claimed or pretended use of occult powers, to answer questions or give advice on personal matters or to exorcise, influence, or affect evil spirits or curses, unless otherwise done so explicitly for entertainment purposes only.
Any and all services provided by Channeled Guidance with Ellen M. Gregg neither claims nor pretends to tell fortunes and neither claims nor pretends to use occult powers in ways that would run against such laws. In certain jurisdictions, an intuitive professional is required to disclose to you that intuitive and/or healing sessions should be for entertainment purposes only, and if such a law applies to your reading, then you are hereby on notice thereof.
