Tarot Energy Reading :: Week of 17 September, 2018

 Our card for this week is the Ace of Swords. I first was struck by its aptness, considering we enter Autumn (and Libra season) here in the Northern hemisphere on the 22nd. (Waving at everyone in the Southern hemisphere, ready to enter Spring.)

Look at that sharp knife. Busy knife, too. Look at all the cakes and pies - every single one sliced to some degree. Let's find out what our message is for this week, and maybe why there were three crystals needing to present themselves with this card.

"The energy for this week is one of cutting through the energy of waiting. This is an energy of motion and of engagement with the divine. It is an energy that requests your pursuit of engagement with your divinity, and encourages cutting through the blocks you have placed preventing you from that engagement. Powerful words will assist with this transaction of energy. Treasure the words you choose, that they will empower.

"The stones chosen are energizing the throat chakra. The lapis lazuli [blue stone] represents the throat chakra, while the rose quartz anchor the energy of the heart chakra within the throat chakra. Speak from the heart, and all will be well."

I love this part: "Powerful words will assist with this transaction of energy." I love it, because it's empowering for us, as intuitive humans. Our words are incredibly powerful, and when they're used in a highly intentional way - in this case, for "cutting through the blocks" *we've* placed in the path of connecting wholly with our divine selves - their power is limitless.

Let's go forth and remove those blocks, put our hearts in our words, and revel in the change of season waiting at our doorsteps. So mote it be.
