Uninspired or...
Today, I’m meant to be recording the next episode of The Spiral Podcast. There are plenty of topics to choose from, including some suggested within The Spiral community and also including a title I channeled: The Healing Energy. And yet…
I’m feeling uninspired. I understand why energy healing was offered up, and yet the thought of talking into my microphone on the subject with no one to converse with about it feels heavy. Yucky.
Given how all of this is feeling in my body, though, I have to wonder if it’s that I’m uninspired or there’s something else going on.

I mean, I have a lot of irons in the fire. Just this week, I:
joined an amazing community to support my entrepreneurial journey that’s lighting me up with ideas
completed and launched my first on-demand course, Pendulum Power-Up (and have plans for another to follow close on its heels)
took more action toward moving my community to a new platform and making the experience more - well - experiential
made a personal change that will potentially have wonderful far-reaching benefits
unofficially welcomed Autumn through indoor and outdoor décor
chose the two Advent calendars that will make December all the more fun and festive
It’s that season of the year that, for me, brings with it a slew of all the ideas and all the to-dos born of the changes I feel guided to implement ahead of Autumn’s actual entry, and the slippery slope to the end of the calendar year and all that comes with it.
…over-inspired?
And so, as I lean into it, what I notice is that I’m in a bit of overwhelm from the array of opportunities available to me through the various things I’m doing in and for my business. It isn’t that I’m uninspired, it’s perhaps more that I’m over-inspired - if there’s such a thing. (Is there such a thing?)
All I really want to do is work on building out the new community experience I feel and see and hear within me. And then I want to work on that next course and re-work Energy Working for its next round.
Maybe, then, that’s what would be best. Maybe giving into those two “hot” callings would give me the headspace to deliver a podcast episode from the heart. It isn’t as though my content calendar will object to me moving a couple things around. Everything will still get done. Right?
