Rest with Peace

“We wonder: What for you is rest? What for you is relaxation? What for you provides restoration of energy and peace? Today, we wish for you to undertake this inquiry and its answers.”

I hear, “Sleep in heavenly peace.” The important word in that lyric is “peace.” Rest without peace is unproductive. It doesn’t restore the way it could, because our uneasy minds inhibit or prohibit it.

Today, even in the midst of decorating, baking, shopping, etc., let’s permit ourselves to rest with peace.
