It had a tentative quality that was tinged with longing and hope. I kept breathing slowly and evenly, and opened my heart chakra further to assure the form of its safety and its welcome.It paused, and then slid carefully into the energy body of the client on the table. The soul retrieval had begun.

The Soul as a Garlic Bulb

It's recently been brought to my attention, via Spirit communication, that the soul is like a garlic bulb. In its whole state,with the outer skin and all cloves intact, the bulb (soul) is perfectly healthy.The number of cloves is dependent on the number of incarnations a soul has experienced, which means every soul is unique, even in its intrinsic oneness with the Universal Field.

The Soul Fragment as a Garlic Clove

When the bulb's skin is torn, it's possible for cloves to be jarred loose and fragmented from the bulb. The unwhole bulb, with a cavity or more empty, is far more vulnerable than in its intact state.Fragmenting is something that can happen when extreme trauma is experienced in a human incarnation. Imagine that extreme trauma is experienced over the course of many lifetimes. It's possible to have a host of fragmented cloves at bay.Those fragmented cloves lead to a fragmented life; one that can be filled with dis-ease of any variety. The dis-ease will, more than likely, be unattributable to anything conventional medicine can ID, and that's because the roots extend beyond the physical body and the psyche.

Soul Retrieval gathers the fragmented cloves of the soul and restores them to the safety of the bulb. | <a href="http://ellenmgregg.com/they-are-essential-oils/"><img title="Essential Oils aren't created equal | The Holistic Healer Inc." src="http://ellenmgregg.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/Essential-Oils-Not-Equal.jpg" alt="Essential Oils aren't created equal | Intuitive Ellen

Soul Retrieval in Practice

For the observer, the practice of soul retrieval might equate with watching paint dry or grass grow. To the physical eyes, there's little to see aside from the occasional replacement of my hands on the client, once I apply the essential oils I'm guided to use to my palms.

In this instance, 90% of my time is spent at the client's head, as it's vital not to impede the process with unnecessary physical occupation. The energy work involved in this practice is comprised of three equal parts:

  1. Identifying and removing past-life artifacts and/or repairing past-life trauma in the energy body and field, and aligning the chakras, which creates a healthy and safe space for the fragments to return to;
  2. Holding space, with no energetic manipulation or egocentric qualification, for the soul retrieval itself, and allowing whatever time it might take each clove to rejoin the bulb;
  3. Repairing the skin of the bulb, once all cloves are back in place.

After the third part, another scan is conducted to be certain the energy body and field are clear, and the chakras are still aligned, and then the energy-work part of the session is ended.

The Results

As unique as each soul is, so are the results of a soul retrieval, to a person. Work of that nature calls for a whole lot of self-care immediately afterward, and in the days and even weeks to come, as the full integration continues.

Generalized particulars are gone over during a debriefing, of sorts, following the soul retrieval process. After going over my observations, the first question for a client is, "What was your experience?" Once the coaching, which addresses the what-happens-next aspect, is concluded, self-care as aftercare is addressed.

It's an amazing process, and one that can literally turn a person's life around.
