Illumination: Energy for the Week of 19 August 2019: Conclusion
Well, if the cards* drawn for this week are any indication, we may be in for a wild ride. Then again, we may be in for a conclusion that empowers us in creating the future of our dreams. Perhaps it's both. (It feels like it's both.)
Have you ever drawn both The Fool and The World - the beginning and the end of the major arcana - for a two-card reading? I haven't, which may explain why I gasped when I flipped them over simultaneously; The Fool in my left hand and The World in my right. I mean, slim chances of that happening and yet no coincidence.
"This week brings about the conclusion of a cycle begun in the autumn of the year past. The autumn required surrender as per The Fool. Now, as the sun sets its sights upon Virgo, the cycle concludes and brings with it an appetite for more."
I feel as though pulling The Fool as representation of last week's full moon energy teased what we now receive - and ideally enjoy - this week. Typically we welcome the end of a cycle because its lessons are well and truly learned. That means we likely hold anticipation - even excitement - for the next cycle starting.
And our channeled message identifying surrender in association with The Fool offers a suggestion for embracing the conclusion approaching. It suggests we surrender ourselves to it, therefore making space for the conclusion meant for us. That means avoid pushing, rushing or otherwise forcing the conclusion even though nearly a year has passed since the cycle began. It comes for us, we need only receive it wholeheartedly and enjoy it.
As for that "appetite for more," the word "empowerment" rises here along with "abundance." Two potent and desirable energies, for sure. And how wonderful that they rise together, as that in itself feels like a lesson learned. So mote it be.
- How might you surrender to the conclusion of this cycle?
- What do empowerment and abundance mean for you?
