Energy Clearing With Singing Bowls

Once I’ve completed an energy alignment/clearing, it’s important to me to empower clients with maintaining the energy and it’s clarity. 💫👇

👉 Outside, wind chimes are a great way to clear the air. No wind? Go out and initiate the ringing of the chimes. Allow them to “ring out” on their own. (It may work optimally to have chimes both at the front and back of the house.)
👉 Inside, a singing bowl or a bell of some sort (sure, use your cowbell… more 😉) works wonders. While you can go from room to room, if you like, there’s a more efficient and equally effective way: Choose a focal point at the middle of your home, and sing, or ring, away. Three times really is the charm, typically.
