April taught me to honor the need for endings. The finality of death isn’t limited to the human form. There are all manners of death in the framework of the human experience, and it’s important - necessary, even - to permit certain aspects to end, because that’s how beginnings are created. It’s an ongoing lesson, and one I greatly appreciate.
