004: Heather Krompacky of Reiki Artist Heather Dawn K

Heather Krompacky, otherwise known as Reiki Energy Artist Heather Dawn K, creates her energy-infused art in the wilds of Alaska. Deeply rooted in Mama Earth’s energy even as the celestial ignites her, Heather’s art is eclectic because her choice of medium is eclectic. That speaks to her ongoing evolution as both an artist and an ensouled human.

Our conversation focuses primarily on her art - methods, media, inspiration - and yet touches upon a variety of topics from that touchstone, including light codes and Alaska. I enjoyed our chat so much, and hope you will, too.

Heather Krompacky Quote #1: Episode 004, Soul Chats Podcast

Tapping in and allowing that personal magic to flow through you - that’s what it’s all about.

When I decide, okay I’m really going to tap in, and I do my meditation, and then all the way through the painting process - it’s all part of receiving.

Heather Krompacky Quote #2: Episode 004, Soul Chats Podcast

When you’re trying to create from a point where you’re trying to save the world or whatever, it creates a bit of a heaviness and pressure, and that gets conveyed in your work.

For me, it’s my meditation, it’s what grounds me, it’s my therapy, it’s my expression, it’s my communication... And if I’m just doing it for me, to allow all of that to flow, then the benefit is there already.

Heather Krompacky, Quote #3: Episode 004, Soul Chats Podcast

Part of my intention - my prayer - when I create is that it will create healing energy for myself, for anyone who views the piece, for the planet and all the beings on the planet.
